Multi-Build Limited, a design-build firm, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a Quantity Surveying background to lead and manage projects.
Location: East Legon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and review budgets, Bills of Quantities, and progress reports.
• Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5- 10 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and cost estimation software.
• Membership of a relevant professional body will be a plus
